We provide an easy self check-in with keyless smartlock. The keypad code is is changed after every Guest and provided 3 days before arrival

We adhere to Vrbo's 'Moderate' cancellation policy specifying:

100% refund up to 30 days before arrival

50% refund up to 14 days before arrival

Do you allow pets?

We love furry friends, but cannot accommodate pets due to the allergy considerations of many of our Guests

Do you collect a security deposit?

Do you allow events or Guest gatherings?

We do not allow events, but offer Guests the option of inviting non-overnight staying visitors up to the total maximum occupancy of 8. For example, a 4-person Guest reservation group may invite up to 4 folks over for dinner. We charge $100 per night for any unauthorized guests exceeding the Maximum Occupancy

What noise level is appropriate for your property?

The home is located in a very peaceful & quiet residential neighborhood. Please help us be great neighbors by observing the Quiet Hours of 9 pm to 7 am. We ask our Guests to please avoid raucous behavior at all times and note that fireworks/firecrackers are prohibited by the City and HOA. This property has one or more devices that can assess sound decibel level but does not record audio

Do you do basic guest screening?

We are committed to the safety and security of all during every reservation. Accordingly, we ask our Guests to complete a brief guest verification via Truvi in order to fully confirm their reservation

The interior of the home is all single-level, but one step (twice) is required to access the home's entrance

The top, twin bunk bed in Bedroom 4 is suitable only for kids over 6 and weighing less than 125 pounds.
